    I’m Chelsea; A Mom, FOODIE, AND Pregnancy/birth doula.

Over the past decade, my travels across the Southern United States have deepened my understanding of holistic wellness, nutrition, and fitness. This journey took on new meaning when I personally faced challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, revealing a significant gap in awareness and advocacy for many new mothers. This lack of information motivated me to dedicate myself to specialized evidence based education in birth work, nutrition, and fitness tailored to the perinatal period. I am now thrilled to bring my expertise and support to women and mothers in the vibrant Las Vegas area.

As your doula, I will offer emotional, physical, and informational support to you and your partner. Services include prenatal visits, nutrition support, birth planning and preparation, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support.
