✨ Offering Support in Las Vegas, NV ✨

Hello Lovely!

I’m Chelsea; A Mom, FOODIE, AND Pregnancy/birth doula.

Over the past decade, my travels across the Southern United States have deepened my understanding of holistic wellness, nutrition, and fitness. This journey took on new meaning when I personally faced challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, opening my eyes to a significant gap in awareness and advocacy for many pregnant and new mothers. The lack of information available motivated me to dedicate myself to specialized evidence based education in birth work, nutrition, and fitness tailored to the perinatal and postpartum period. I am now so excited to offer support to women and mothers in the vibrant Las Vegas area.

I look forward to connecting with you!

As your doula, I will offer emotional, physical, and informational support to you and your partner. Services include prenatal visits, nutrition support, birth planning and preparation, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support.

peace of me, here for you

I am thrilled to introduce 4th Trimester Fitness®️ classes to the Las Vegas mom community as a certified Instructor! Our goal is for every mom to feel empowered, strong, and confident both physically and mentally.

Common Questions

  • Supporting your partner during postpartum can be done in several ways. Some strategies include helping with household tasks, taking care of baby, offering emotional support, or by encouraging self care.

  • Signs of labor include regular contractions, changes in the cervix, water breaking, bloody show, and increased vaginal discharge. These signs can indicate that labor is starting, but it’s important to note that every woman’s experience is different.
